- 7 years as PM overseeing KOICA ODA project review and evaluation (2018–2025)
- 4 years and 3 months as overseas ODA advisor (including KOICA assignments)

- Overall PM for KOICA ODA project review and evaluation (13 projects in 10 countries across Asia, Africa, and Central/South America, 2018–2025)
