Provision of Trade Strategy Solutions Based on FTA Expertise and Data

South Korea has currently concluded 22 free trade agreements (FTAs) with 59 countries (as of September 2025). South Korea's FTA partners are either bilateral countries or multilateral countries/communities, and South Korea also participates in MEGA FTAs involving three or more contracting parties.

The Korea FTA Origin Research Association Inc. provides information on FTAs concluded by Korea, offers interpretations of complex FTA regulations and recommendations for their effective utilization, and participates in the overseas dissemination of the K-FTA Origin System. Specifically, it supports the improvement of the K-FTA Origin System and conducts domestic and international research services related to FTAs and origin regulations, including the following:
